Dr. Rosa H. Robison

Dr. Rosa H. Robison, Medical Director of the Oral, Head and Neck Pathology Laboratory, is a dentist and physician with formal training and board certification in Oral/Maxillofacial Pathology and Anatomic Pathology and subspecialty training in Soft Tissue Neoplasia and Immunohistochemistry.

Dr. Robison obtained her dental degree at the Central University of Ecuador and her medical degree at the University of Florida. She trained in clinical dentistry in London, England and did a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology at the University of Florida, College of Dentistry, under the tutelage of Dr. Ronald Baughman, one of the leaders in this field. She did her residency in Anatomic Pathology at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, and a fellowship in Surgical Pathology, Soft Tissue Neoplasia and Immunohistochemistry at The City of Hope National Medical Center in Duarte, California with Dr. Hector Battifora, a pioneer in this subspecialty of pathology.

Dr. Robison's training and decades of experience, which include practice and leadership positions in large oncology centers, outpatient laboratories, teaching medical students and residents, and lecturing nationally and internationally, rightfully qualifies her as a leading expert in the field of Head and Neck Pathology. Her credentials are unparalleled in the country and the world.
